The Portraits of Ould Mohand.

Abderrahmane Ould Mohand discovered Claude Aveline’s poem at a time in his artistic journey where his painting was completely abstract, but coupled with a research on the sign. He took up the challenge of figuration and produced two sumptuous books, for children and adults, in a personal synthesis between the ancient illuminated manuscripts, the drawings of Berber pottery and carpets and all the contemporary renaissance of the book arts for the youth.
